Try go to components - RealEstateManager - Houses - select House and find in settings Description.

Hello,

Read More is in many ini file, in back-end as well as front end
Article index is in
/administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_content_pagebreak.ini
and
/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_content.ini
