although categories have been created and houses have been assigned to those categories, when chosen the list or gallery of those houses are not shown..any ideas??

Hello.

For show houses in som category in real estate soft ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Software-Joomla.html
you need check:
property is published and approved
category for property is published
user right for that category and rights your user permit see that category

houses are published and approved..
categories are published..
access level is for everyone..
still same problem.

any ideas?
