Hi i'm updating from an older version and when i try to install the new version (in the joomla installer) it says that the folder is already created and doesn't install the new version.

How can i save my history and properties before uninstalling the older version and installing the new one, and how can I import them to the newer version..

I could update i found the page that tells how to do it..


Everything went right, but i can't see the houses list in the categories and shows this errors:

(for eg in: www.silvanamorronepropiedades.com/index....ategory&catid=50)

what version was what new ?
What joomla you use ?
do you have backup ?
do you have full export ?

Hi i'd updated from realstatemanager 2.1 to the last version.

I'd followed the steps in here:

That were:

Full save so files and folders:

{yours site}/administrator/components/com_realestatemanager
{yours site}/components/com_realestatemanager

Please do full dataBase backup.

Then go to [realestatemanager] [Settings Backend] and set [Update] to “YES”

The uninstall basic component and install Pro version.

Please recove folders
{yours site}/components/com_realestatemanager/edocs
{yours site}/components/com_realestatemanager/photos




I have the backup of the previous version, before it was realstatemanager 2.1 and joomla 1.7.0.

Now it is realstatemanager 3.0 and joomla 2.5.24


Can you help me please because i can't see the properties in the category listing.. And it's showing the errors i'd pasted before.
