I bought the pro-package but I don't have any information about how to use the modules and plugins-

There are 14 extensions.

Where can I find that info?

Also, I became a Joomla member to download all extensions, then I downloaded the template OS Realtor (joomla 3.2.2). Does the extensions doesn't work in joomla 3?
The best templates you have are in Joomla 3--- If this extensions doesn't work in J3, I'll ask U to give my money back.

I paid you 160 dlls (90 member + 70 propackage) so I need to be compatible one product with the other.

Templates incompatible with Real Estate Manager PRO package, but you can install modules to template following our documentation:

The real Estate Manager installation package support all Joomla versions, from 1.5 to 3.x. It also has Real Estate Manager Manual PDF, where you can find necessary information.
