The Real Estate Manager component for Joomla comes with full language support. And with Brazilian, Danish, Dutch, English, Farsi, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Persian, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish. language files included. What does this mean?

All Real Estate Manager language variables are stored in one file.
That file can be translated to add other languages.
Once you have put a language file for a language into Real Estate Manager, then the language chosen as default in Joomla will automatically be picked up by Real Estate Manager.
On multilingual sites with build joomla multi language support or JoomFish, Real Estate Manager will automatically pick up the language chosen in the frontend.

Thanks, it's ok for language. There was no line "<filename>lang/english.php" in the file "realestatemanger.xml".

Another question, how to remove the words "Catégories" et "# Biens immobiliers" in the all categories page ?

It can be done with help Language Manager. GO to admin - components - BookLibrary - Language Manager - in Search (above Constant) put BOOKLIBRARY_LABEL_CATEGORY and choose Language: English for CATEGORY or France Catégorie and change it.
