the component for which I bought and download is not installing, its shows "Cannot find XML installer" in the zip folder. please can i do to resolve this issue concerned with crime template package

Hello,

The xml sintax is different in your Joomla. What version of Joomla do you have? And what version of RealEstateManager component do you have?

Did you install using our documentation?
