i try to install car catolog via quickstart and i have this message: You don't have permission to access /installation/index.php on this server.
Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i ask the hosting support, they told me that everything is ok in theire side.
can someone please help me!!!

You need check exist .htaccess files, and if exist remove.

Next please check file rights on file /installation/index.php
for most servers it must be 644 (for all php files) and 755 to all folder

Real error you may see at your site error log (your hoster must check that first)

If that not help.
Please send to us ftp and Database access and we will check where error, and will install that for you.
