Joomla Real Estate

Hi,

I am a beginner in Joomla. I have a probleme when I install Real Estate November 2013. When I open the configuration page (on step3 in How to install Joomla Quickstart Package) and enter all informations, I click on next the page loads constantly and I can't continue the installation. Please, can you help me?

Before start the installation, be sure, your systems should meet the following requirements.
SERVER REQUIREMENT
PHP 5.2.17+
MySQL 3.23
Apache 1.3
BROWSER REQUIREMENTS
Firefox 4+
Safari 5+
Google Chrome 10+
Opera 10+
Internet Explorer 8+
CONFIGURATION OPTIONS
We reccomend to use the following servers in your PC to develop your site.
LAMP (Linux)
WAMP (Windows)
MAMP (Macintosh)
XAMPP (Multi-platform)

In All Joomla templates packages created by OrdaSoft you can find Quickstart Package. Quickstart Package allow you to install Joomla template with demo data in few clicks. We highly recommend this method of Joomla installation
1. UPLOADING ON SERVER
Through FileZilla or another FTP software, upload all files from QuickStart Package folder to your website directory.
Open your web browser and go to the folder that you uploaded your QuickStart Package.

I verify and I have all configuration options but I don't understand why the page is always loading. I had installed Joomla first but I had erased it. It's can pose problemes?

Our Quickstart Package includes Joomla CMS. Please, do not install Joomla first, Through FileZilla or another FTP software, upload all files from QuickStart Package folder to your website directory (website directory must be empty) and then Open your web browser and go to the folder that you uploaded your QuickStart Package. Don't installed Joomla first.

ALSO: For successful template installation you need to install sample data, select Default English (G Sample Data.
