Upon clicking on any given house on home page. The house view doesn't display properly. It's not formatted and shows as if there is no CSS attached.

Please, clarify what do you mean house view doesn't display properly?
I have checked your link, all works like on demo of Real Estate Manager -
Joomla Real Estate Component
