Hi!

There are two types of search in Real Estate Manager. Search from Real Estate Manager component (default and advanced) is not changeable.
But in Search module you can control fields and hide the ones you don't need. So you can download module and hide that field.
If you have other questions, don't hesitate to ask.

To hide additional fields (highlighted with red frame on your screenshot) you should set Alternative Layout as Default .
Also you can Hide or Show such fields as Calendar, Price Range, Listing Type and Listing Status in Real Estate Search Pro module.
