Installed PRO package with Classic template using Quickstart. Current version of Joomla. Problems :
1. Quickstart did not install any demo photos.
2. Cannot upload any photos.

Get message File ext Not allowed. In media management section of component it is set to allow jpg, jpeg, JPG, JPEG

In Joomla config these file types are also set as allowed.
site is hosted on iPage with PHP 5.3.

Hi Gordon,

Thank you for using our template Classic ordasoft.com/classic-real-estate-joomla-template.html

1. All photos on demo are only for demonstration purposes and aren't included in version for sale.
2. To allow type of extension for uploaded images, go to
Components-> Real Estate Manager -> Settings -> Administrator Settings -> Extension Options -> Images
and write down here needed formats, e.g. jpeg, jpg, png, gif
Please make sure that there are no gaps.

Have a nice day!

Best Regards,
Anna

First, thank you for your prompt reply.
But the suggestion in your response did not correct the problem. I had already done that.
Attached is a screenshot showing the image types to be allowed. But when I try to upload image2.JPG I still get the message file ext not allowed.

There is no problem in uploading this or any other image within Joomla e.g. I uploaded my profile image in Joomla.

Thank you again for your quick response to my problem.

But I have a suggestion - please make the change in the application so that .JPG photos can be uploaded. This seems to be the default format for iPhones and having to change .JPG to .jpg for every photo is not reasonable.

Everything seems to be working and I think you have done a great job.

Dear Gordon,

Thank you for your kind words and suggestion. We will consider adding this format to default in new version.

Have a great week!
