Hi All,

I have recently bought the pro version of REM and uploaded the 16 zip files.y documentation about using REM
First ! Does it exists an
To start working wit REM what I did was to install under localhost the quickinstall REM file. I assume that the other modules and plugins were installed at the same time ?
Then I start to play with my website ( classcal template) and tried to add a new house.
It was almost working exept uploading photos and showing adress on the map.
For photo at the end I have the message : File ext. not allowed to upload!
For map I see the map of the village but I can put a mark on the exact place of the House !

Hi Dom,

Yes, in Quicksrart package Classic are included REM component, modules and plugins.

To allow type of extension for uploaded images, go to
Components-> Real Estate Manager -> Settings -> Administrator Settings -> Extension Options -> Images
and write down here needed formats, e.g. jpeg,jpg,png,gif
Please make sure that there are no gaps.

To enable map marker, please do following steps: go to components/com_realestatemanager/realestatemanager.html.php, between function codeAddress() { and myOptions = { insert var marker;, so finally you should get such code

Just a remark : About needed formats, e.g. jpeg,jpg,png,gif .It was coorect, but my error was to upload a JPG file and not a jpg file !

So you have to add JPG to the list of allowed formats, e.g. jpeg,jpg,png,gif,JPG,PNG
