Hi All,

I have a simple question regarding REM. How can it be possible to manage separately ( into 2 categories for example) houses for rent and houses for sale. Actually, what I want to do is to create one menu for Sales and another one for rent. Also, I would like to be abble to list separately houses for rent and houses for sale ! One easy way for me would be to creat a category ( for sale )and a category (for rent) in place of the existing categories ( cottage,....). How can I manage ?

When people log to my website they want to buy or to rent, not both. I have noticed that when we click on house for sale or house for rent the forms are different ( of course), which means that there exist a mean to manage the type of house.

Yes, the simplest way to create two categories and list there houses for sale and houses for rent.

Another way to make two menu items is to search for houses for sale, copy the link and make menu item with an external link. The same thing you can do for rent.

The third option can be done as custom work. We can make separate layouts for houses for sale and for houses for rent.
