I am interested in the following theme

but I want to eliminate the comments area and merge the subpages "description" and "location" in single page
how can I change?

It can be done via code, in admin area there is any option for this.
Sweet Home - Real Estate Joomla template has a slot of options and settings, but of course make all ideal for every customer not possible, but possible to make some thing special for every customer.
