If I bought the Joomla Standard plan do I get access to the real estate component to download separately?

Or are all the extensions in the quick start packages?

Thank you for your question.

You will get all existing templates (now more than 90) as well as all new templates that we will launch during your membership period and updates. Also you will get all extensions included in TEMPLATE packages. To know what extensions are included see the descriptions of templates.

All the extensions in the Quick start packages, you will not get real estate component separately, but if you want it too, I can propose you some discount if you buy Joomla Standard Plan + Real Estate Manager -
Joomla Real Estate Component.

Hi Taras and thank you for the speedy reply - Sorry for my delay but I have had internet issues and are finally solved

If you can propose a discount where I get the component separately that would be good and then I can make a decision

If I just go for the joomla plan where REM is already installed, is it pro version or the basic version of REM? Does it also have the counter module that you have on your demo, where is tells you how many properties have been sold and rented etc?

Mark, yes you can, but not in all template.

It depends from template.

Our templates made on OS Joomla Blank Template (check available options and settings).
