Hi, I wonder how do you update to a new release, there is no update feature from within the component AND I notice that on the free version the date is newer than my component

Dear Mark,

The new version of Real Estate Manager you can install via extension manager atop the old one.
But before making this you have to backup REM files.

From my installation of joomla (3.4.1) there is no way of updating using the install extension, the real estate featured is only purchase and download AND from my PRO version ( 3.5 Feb 2015 ) there is no way of obtaining an automatic update, keep in mind I'm still suffering of the component stopping saving data..

You can install it as "Upload Package file".

What do you mean by "component stopping saving data"? Please explain in details.

well..yes thank you, I think I know how to use the uploader...If only I had the package to upload, your current version is 3.7 and I'm still at 3.5, I received no update ever and if I click the 'buy and download' button from the extension I get redirect to your website were I can only browse and what.. buy a new version?.. am I entitled to an update? I bought the Pro in May..and looking through y history I already had problems with the component 'STOPPING' saving, I had to re-install the only component sent by you ( com_realestatemanager_pro_3.5_2015_05_12 ) 3 times and also in your tutorial there is no mention to save the 'PHOTOS' folder to re-upload it back in case anyone has to rebuild the extension again.


I don't know the reason why it suddendly stop working, we figured out that it may be some jquery conflict, we went from shaper helix 3 framework to the meet gavern one in order to obtain stability, still...only assuming, that is why Im looking to an update.

so. how to obtain the update to upload?
