I've installed the free RealEstateManager to a new joomla site. I can't create any menu items all I get is all catagories for a option. There is no add house menu choice, seem to be missing something.

hello,

Yes, free version has only All Categories menu. If you want all features (add house menu and so on) you need buy paid version.
