Hi,
I am trying to use this component for a similar purpose, but to display 3D designs of buildings. The only difference is that I want to have full control of the "properties" i.e I don't want the agents to be able to input their contact details, and also, I want to customize (add additional fields) to the form and let it be sent to the admin instead of the agent who posted the property. Is this possible?

1) You can hide agent information using Seller Contact Settings - put No for all values (RealEstateManager : Settings - House Page Settings)

2) How to add new fields follow below post

3) About changes fields of rent request form and sale + email notification, write on our contact form
