I made the installation of the template QuickStart Luxury with RealStateManager component ,but I found that when I access any menu item that points to RealStateManager component detected an error in Firebug:

TypeError. JQuery (...) is not a function viewportChecker

If I agree to RealstateManager item, initially displayed correctly, but if I scroll down and up again when the logo is reload, it is lifted out (i am sending attached the screenshot).

It can be a conflict in bookstores Jquery? Could Jquery disable the component or template to avoid this error?
