In Real Estate Manager -> Setting -> Email Notification - together with every email option - you see example email with {placeholder fields} -these {placeholder fields} will replaced to real fields data at time email send.
Self email text - you may replace with help Real Estate Language manager.

Add new placeholders possible only with help code edit.
