Joomla Real Estate

This looks to be a perfect solution for my business. However, I need to have several different categories that can then be listed individually in the site navigation bar. Example - Home - All Rentals - Offers - Long Let - Internet - Villas - Apartments

At present I can only select All categories in the Joomla menu set up. How can I separate the individual categories?

I also need to separate the in individual towns so they can be clicked on and load villas just for that town.

If this can be done I will be buying it today. I have some additional requests that I will need done and happy to pay for.

In Real estate manager Pro version -you have special Menu Item for alone category to some properties.
In Real estate manager free version - you need go to some property category - save path to it and after that in joomla create menu to External link - and as link use that URL - to property category what you saved before.

I also need to separate the in individual towns so they can be clicked on and load villas just for that town.
For town - you now may set it as address, after tjhat try create search request for that town in address, after that you wil lcan create menu item for that search result.
