Joomla Real Estate

I purchased the pro version

I then uninstalled the free version and then went to the normal install/uninstall in joomla and reistalled the pro version.

when I ftp in I notice there are lots of php files missing if I open the zip file on the pro purchased version there are lots more php files i.e

admin.realestatemanager.html.php

admin.realestatemanager.class.conf.php

and so on

when I look in the /www/components/com_realestatemanager/ folder

I only have these files

captcha.php
index.html
metadata.xml
realestatemanager.class.buying_request.php
realestatemanager.class.php
realestatemanager.class.rent.php
realestatemanager.class.rent_request.php
realestatemanager.class.review.php
realestatemanager.html.php
realestatemanager.php

I am also missing folders

the only folders I have are

images
language
lightbox
photos
TABS
tcpdf
views


There seems to be many items missing since the new install of the purchased pro version

1) why is this, I have tried twice to reinstall the new purchased version and each time there are missing items, yet if I view the zip file there is lots more there ?

2) do I need to manually open the zip file on the pro purchased version and FTP everything accross, though I thought the normal install in joomla was the correct way


Please advise as this is driving me crazy

I do have other components installed from your real estate plugins

Also since installing the pro version when I click on list or gallery link when viewing the houses under a catagory I get page can not be displayed 404 error ??

/index.php/rent&viewtype=0 = list view = page 404 error
/index.php/rent&viewtype=1 = galery view = page 404 error



It's almost as if the new version did not install correctly, there seems to be many bugs and errors ??


it would seem maybe the free version never got removed correctly, thus the pro version will not install correctly ?

hello,

In Joomla component zip file - you see all files for component.

When you do component install, it move all files from archive to two different folders, for Real Estate manager that:
admin part:
{yours site}/administrator/components/com_realestatemanager

frontend part:
{yours site}/components/com_realestatemanager

Please check that folders.

About componet. I not full understand what you do:
Dop you move from Free to Pro - only files upgrade or tyouy did full component reinstall ?

I removed the Free Version from joomla using uninstall menu

and then installed the pro version,

I will check the admin folder

Yet I still have issues with the list / galley links when I click them ?? in the pro version

It says page error 444 not found ?

Please investigate the problems I have mentioned

1) when you view a list houses under the caterory i.e. SELL and then click on list or gallery to view images in a different format, it gives a page error.

2) when you go to houses under the admin panel there are some houses that can NOT be edited / removed because there is no tick box next to the house.

3) there are some other strange things going on too

I think it where I used the free version first and then upgraded to the pro version

Please write how I can reproduce it ? What browser you use ?

2) when you go to houses under the admin panel there are some houses that can NOT be edited / removed because there is no tick box next to the house.
Every Hours what you opened - you need save or press cancel - after edit.
Because if other user go to site, all items what was opened from some other
and not close - will have state "editing by some body other", Who now editing
Item you will see at most right column.
So you can edit(open item)- what now editing

Please write about every errors what you see
