If I position search module for position-2 it shows up there fine, but also at the top of page when the results are shown.

Why is it necessary to have the search module appear in two places on one page after a single search?

See attached snapshot to understand.

Thank you for your excellent help.

I see only 1 module published in my version in position-2: RealEstateManager Search Free

I see no module called "show search module" yet the results of "RealEstateManager Search Free module" still show at the top of page.

Yes module one. other we added hard code.

You need in
{your site}/components/com_realestatemanager/realestatemanager.html.php

find function: static function displaySearchHouses

and in it remove row:
PHP_realestatemanager:howSearchHouses($option, $catid, $option, $layoutsearch);

Please backup this file first
