Please can you tell me why it is not possible to book apartment.

Here are details:

When I put Name, email address, Description and Check in - Check out dates, in Booking form and click book now, instead of getting message: "Your Booking was stored in our database. We will check your request and inform you soon as possible. Thank you for using our service."

I don't get anything. Booking was not completed with this link:

.../component/realestatemanager/0/save_rent_request?Itemid=

What is going on? It seem to me that somewhere is lost ItemId parameter.
