Hi,

I want to set up that only registered users can add Booking request.

Now, everyone can make Booking.

Also, I tried to hide Booking button from visitors but this is a bit confusing for them.

So, what would be nice is to have as it is, but if you are not logged in, that you are prompted for log/register before you proceed further.

Any idea?

With help RealEstate setting, you may set show "Booking request form" only to registered users.
also into house details you may add text: "For send Booking request please login"
