I was just now thinking that this option should be available also.

If someone made reservation and does not use it, he should be able to cancel reservation he made on time. If he do this on time that apartment would be soldout to someone else instead to be wasted in this period.

How can I cancel reservation?

Any reservation - need approve from house owner
This will very bad if house reservation will cancel without owner.

Owner every time may edit any reservation(cancel it or change dates).
So client need only connect to property owner
