Joomla Real Estate

1. For example I have found house name "MARE" for sale using search form.
2. Click on MARE to see datails
3. In RealEstate component - Houses, I set House MARE to Unpublish.
4. Refresh page and got a message: You can not view this page because it is not published
5. This is ok, I just wanted to translate this message to my language with usual procedure - RealEstate component - Language Manager - in the filter field I paste this message and got following error:

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 't view this page because it not published%' )' at line 1 (See picture)

Do you know why this happen?

I afraid you no need use ' or " in text.
