Hi,

When Apartment is set to SALE than we have "Send message" form.

I would like to more simplify this process so after filling the form and click on button "SEND MESSAGE" will send this form with all details directly to email of the sales person. Nothing more than that.

Can you help me to do this please.

For send messages in RealestateManager
Please check
admin->components->RealEstateManager->Settings->Email Notification Settings

Thank you for your reply,

I went to Settings and set Send message to YES.

But still I can't get what I want and that is to sent this 4 things directly to email, without approving in Sale Manager.

Hello

For send "Buy request" email in Real Estate manager, you may use next email mask:
Code:

User {username} has submitted a message for:
Customer name: {customer_name}
Customer email: {customer_email}
Customer phone: {customer_phone}
Customer comment: {customer_comment}
PropertyID: {hid_value}
{house_title}
Please log on and approve or deny this message

Thank you form your reply. I did as you told me to, and almost done:

just 3 things are missing now:
1. Customer Name,
2. Customer comment and
3. House title.
