When i add a new object there are only 3 entrys in Country displayed:
England
country_2
country_3
How can i add new count´rys, news regions and new citys?

In Real estate manager ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Software-Joomla.html
City, Country, Region - you now may show as select list or edit field.
On your site
{your site}/components/com_realestatemanager/
You have files
regions_and_citys.txt
countrys_and_regions.txt
You need fill them as you need.
Or in Real estate Manager settings -> Administrator Settings
in "How fields Country, Region and City use", please set "YES"
