How can we set a property to show as SOLD (instead of 'For Sale' or 'For rent' in the little banner that sits on the image?

All text constants and fields names in Real Estate Manager (ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Software-Joomla.html) you may change with help Language manager.
Please go to Real Estate :: Language Manager and replace this.

...sorry, I don't see how to add 'SOLD' as an option, this just seems to show how to change an existing tag/text to a new one. We don't want to lose 'For Sale' or 'For rent' we just need an additional option.

This is "Listing status" field, for this field possible only 3 values
- - not selected
- for sale (you may rename with language manager)
- for rent (you may rename with language manager)

But you can't add new, because "Listing status" - is special field, we connect with it Rent or Sale functions.

I am surprised that listing a property as "SOLD" on a Real Estate site would be an extra feature... since that is basically the entire point of real estate.
