I don't know is this possible but potential customer would like to add apartments that I have on my site to his Real Estate sites embed or link houses (apartments). Right now I do not know which technology he is using.

Is there some kind of Real Estate data standards.

I see that you have Treb and MRESDMS RETS MLS.

What is this, can it be used for this?

you have Treb and MRESDMS RETS MLS
If you have account on Treb or MRESDMS RETS MLS - you may import houses from these servers to your site.

You may use Import export features in real estate

or you may show houses embed or link houses (apartments) from other site.
You may use "frame" tag for this
