Error when Book It Form submission is completed - where to fix the form error?

This is the page link for the house details with the Book It Box next to it...

When you want to send the message (BOOK IT) and click the button - ((( I changed the Book It text to SEND MESSAGE on the button - it give you this error

Did a fresh install and uploaded just the component and still get the same issue - see attached jpg...

Downloaded your latest REM component - the other web was the Quickstart packages ....

I did not isntall anything else or changed language files here..
