I am sorry, but there are only one place what was need change and from yours reply al look like you changed it.

So if on yours site not exist any other cache plugins - all was must change.

i may propose next:
You write to ours support form and give to us FTP and site admin to yours site. We will recheck tha tfile and place in it and we will check yours site cache.

If that ours error we will fix all free if that yours error we will ask money for that. I am sorry we can't fix other errors, that ask many time for check.
