to solve this problem!
Problem not in our or yours template. Need check many plugins for understand which kill starts.

You may install fresh joomla and add to it our free version of Real estate manager ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Software-Joomla.html

But this not help fix this error on your current site.

Please Try find where error:
1. Please turn off on your site all system optimization plugins
2. Please turn off on your site all cache plugins
3. Please check other system plugins
4. Try switch to other template and check.
