Ok, that is great.

Just one more thing about Multilingual site.

If I want to have Multilingual site, fore example English and Serbian, first I have to create Multilingual Joomla web site with English and Serbian Menu items and Modules, Articles. After that web site users would be able to switch from English to Serbian language and they would also get Real Estate Manager Component in English and Serbian language?

I just want to have clear picture in my mind.

IN every house you have "language" params.

You may show 1 house for both languages, so fields names will show on site language, but field values - how user added.
Or you may set to house "language" params, so language as you need, and connect(associate) This house to another house under another language.

Or you may install component like SefTranslate (ordasoft.com/sef-translate-joomla-translation-component) for automatically joomla site translate.
