Is in Real Estate manager an option for the customer to pay a amount of total price or percentage of the total price so that booking can be completed?

For Real estate Manager (ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Software-Joomla.html) - we created PayPal Plugin.
In this Plugin exist "Parallel payments", you may configure it so: some part money will move to House owner another part money will move to site owner

By default in component, if you will receive payment with help Paypal - you may ask only 100% payment.

If you want client to pay 30% in advance.
We may propose to you order this as "customization service".

How all must look and work and we will give to you quota.
