Joomla Real Estate

Hello everyone
I need to change or add new text in the area where Realestate says: Our house catalogue with houses for sale and rent (before the logo and the search button, is like an intro text).
Where do i go in order to configure this text, i have searched everywhere and it is not under the css file or the php files.
Please i am a novice and with no idea about programming and coding...
Thank you in advance for every possible suggestion you have to offer me.

all text constants and field name in real Estate manager soft you may change in language file in folder:
{yours site}/components/com_realestatemanager/language/
