how i replace google street maps (not free anymore) with openstreetmap OR if i can't
in the LOCATION tab to put a picture of a map insteed.

I am sorry, "google street maps" - exist only in Pro version of Real estate manager(ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Software-Joomla.html). I not see any order connected with your account

hello,
I use the free version. i have a choice to select if i want to see location tab or not...
Location tab exist next to information tab on all properties...

and i use the location map module (free) too with the same "payment by google" problem...

you have access to my site too
i had some problems and you solve this problems back in 2016.

Google street view
these full different things, The "Google street view" exist only in Pro version of Real Estate Manager component (ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Software-Joomla.html)

Google, for all user give 200$ free quota per month for use self map.

In Real estate Manager in next version we will add "Open Map" (Open layer), BUT
Open map hasn't "street view"
