I installed the free version and there are some issues with jquery.

Google Chrome and Firefox show errors. I'm not sure but it seems there are several problems with jQuery. The template works fine on some sites and with several extension. No errors there, only the RealEstateManager brings those errors. (Please see screenshot.)

There you see the slider as it should work.
When opening the page with RealEstateManager, you'll see it is destroyed:

same when viewing a single item:

In addition, the mobile menu does not work any longer with your extension. Simply make your browser window smaller till the three bars appear in the top, they work on every page but not with RealEstateManager.

I am sorry, there problems with your template or with your menu module.
Please install another template. Where correctly define jQuery.
Or install joomla jQuery plugin.

Our component not use jQuery.
