Hello Marius,
Add property from frontend in real estate manager soft accessible only in Real estate manager Pro version.
For that you need or install to yours web site community builder and ours plugin for it. or you need add Menu poin "My hours" or you need in Real estate manager settings set show "Add house button' to fronrtend to some user group
