Good Morning,

Last week I bought your component and I have several problems, I hope you can help me out!

1 - On adding a property, I then define the availability dates, i.e. from - until. Now I would like to carry out a search using specific dates as a filter, and here is the problem, all the properties are coming up in the search results and not just the ones available for the dates I need. Can you tell me why this is happening and what I can do to get only those properties available at a particular date and not all of them?

2 - Do you have a plug in I can install to search by city/province/state etc? or if not, is there anything I can do to apply this filter?

hello Josue,

For search property by available date in Real estate manager, we do search for all house what now not rent out at selected date.
So if property not rent out - we show it.

For last Real Estate manager version we have module what do search by these fields but if you need search module what will do search properties as filter - will need do rebuild that module.

You may do rebuild self or ask from us custom version with all features as you wish

I would like to clarify something as I dont think I understand very well,
You're saying that the search engine asks me to enter the dates I want but then DOESNT filter by those dates but shows me ALL The flats for rent in the entire database? Why exactly does it ask for the dates then?
As you can understand this basic filter is imperative for me because if not our clients will have to search through 100's of apts in the database!

What can be done?

Hello,

Sorry, please check. we now have big search in self Real estate component.
From very much search parameters - what you may use has parameter "Available rent date".
So if you do property search and do search only by "Available rent date"
(all other property search parameters unchecked) - search will do through all properties - what now available - for set from you date.
If you together with date - will set some category - search will do for Both date and category.

e.g. you do search house for rent available for date from 2012.05.25 to 2012.05.29.
Real Estate manager Search will return all houses what not rent out at all days
