So we want for some houses for rent customer cant book but send a message like sale.

I not understand what real you want.
If you need only send message, you may not approve "rent request" in admin area

We dont want this setting for all houses for rent but for some houses.
if i change setting in admin area this will affect all houses for rent.
We want to have this setting for some houses not for all.

So for these houses - you may not approve rent requests. So you will receive messages, but you will not rent
