In Free version of RealEstateManager - you can't create Menu to Single category, This option exist only in Pro version.

For this need rewrite Plugins for joomla Router or plugin for SH404sef. This you my order only as custom version. And there you also will can't remove some important things - we need all these IDs and task names - for show correct data
Or you may use SH404sef component - it permit replace any URL - to url which you wish
