1. How to edit or change de logo in footer section?
Do you mean "Free estate" template ?

I not see there "logo" in footer section !?

2. How to remove reviews in the listing.
In Free Vresion of RealEstateManager - you may with help setting set not publish for all reviews. You can't hide "Add reviews form"
