No, Real estate manager - this is component for Joomla ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Software-Joomla.html
but CCK - is another component for Joomla ordasoft.com/cck-content-construction-kit-for-joomla.html
YES with help CCK - you may create properties site like sites with RealEstateManager or better.
But now in CCK not exist: rent calendar, RSS, Print/PDF layouts. All another you may create very easy. And modify fields list and any form
