We bought the Pro version about 4 years ago and now we have this errors on the frontend:

For every old clients, of Real Estate Manager we give 50% discount for every new version
Before making any upgrades, make backup yours site( files and DataBase). With that you will not lost something important
Please do full XML export.
At first please check upgrade/update process at the test website!
Please install new component and modules without remove old.
When component is updated, the update overwrites the Component configuration, please check component configuration.
If you have custom changes of component or site, you can lose your changes.
Please, in that case do not make update.
If you would like any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us too.

Hi,
My site is updated to the latest version of Joomla and with PHP 7.1, I am understanding that the error is being caused by the constructor of classes of the real estate manager component.
So
What I should update is the real estate manager component and not the entire site?

You need buy Real Estate Manager and update it on your site
Before making any upgrades, make backup yours site( files and DataBase). With that you will not lost something important
Please do full XML export.
At first please check upgrade/update process at the test website!
Please install new component and modules without remove old.
