I would like to know as well how to edit the house to rent and house to sell text..

In Property listing software for joomla This is "Listing type" field, you fill it at time add house, for this field possible only 3 values

- - not selected
- for sale (you may rename with language manager)
- for rent (you may rename with language manager)
- for request (you may rename with language manager)

You may not add properties with status "for rent"
