Houses permanently checked out for other users

Hello,
we have various users working on our houses. After another user worked on an house, it is permanently checked out for all other users. We all left the houses, but still, no one can access the house which was edited by another user before. We tried to press F5 a few times to reload the page - no success. How can we solve this?

Hello Afog
In OrdaSoft property management software all checkout Properties - will return to edit able state in 2 hours after start edit.
But if you know: "This Property is not editing now". You may go to admin menu:
system -> global check-in
any do check-in - for all properties in Real estate manager
