Only in Pro version of OrdaSoft property management joomla listing software you may permit add property from website frontend.
In free version property management joomla listing software - you may add/edit property as website admin only from website backend

If you go to real estate demo and there go to :
Real Estate->Add House
there you will see form for Add Property from frontend
