Can't edit property on RealEstateManager (SOLVED)

I went to RealEstateManager>Houses and the property "Boheme Apartments at CityVillage [ Checked Out ]" doesn't have a place to edit or delete, it can not be selected.

Hello
This is happened when some other user edit same house, or if somebody not close house after edit. Ordinary this blcak will clean in 2 hours. Thick created special for not give to 2 users edit same house.
If youy know - nobody another not edit same house - you may clean checkout at:
Joomla3 -> admin part ->System-> Global Check-in
Joomla4 -> admin part ->Home Dashboard-> Global Checkin
